The Nar Phu valley trek is formed with the combination of remote villages Nar and Phu. It is located in the corner of restricted part of Annapurna between Damodar Kunda  and Annapurna Circuits . This trek is open for the tourist officially after 2003. So, to do this trek a special trekking permit is required to visit this place. This hidden mountain valley offers medieval Tibetan culture in undisturbed form, dramatic mountains view and great alpine sceneries. This trek starts from Jagat following the popular trekking routes of Annapurna Circuit trail and then Nar Phu Valley. This trek rewards you with the total wilderness experience and unexplored Tibetan villages that offers medieval Tibetan culture in undisturbed form, dramatic mountains view and great alpine sceneries. Beside that this trek offers you a  narrow canyons, lovely forests, amazing rock formations, yaks, Monasteries, Kang La Pass, ancient Buddhist and unique Himalayan cultures

  • Day 01:Kathmandu Arrival

    Upon arrival our representative from Miteri Nepal International Trekking Pvt.Ltd will greed you and transfer you to the Hotel .Upon arrival at hotel you will check in the hotel and take refreshment after your long flight . Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu.

  • Day 02: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing

    Today we have a sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley .The sightseeing includes some UNESCO world Heritage Sites such as Boudha Stupa ,the largest Stupa of Nepal, the Shyambhunath(Monkey Temple ) the ancient religious architecture atop hill in the Kathmandu Valley and Kathmandu Durbar Square which is famous for the Living Goddess Kumari. On the day time we will make all the necessary restricted permits .And evening you will meet with Guide and discuss about the trip .Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu .

  • Day 3: Kathmandu-Koto(2600m,8hrs drive )

    Early in the morning you will leave Kathmandu for Besisahar. It takes approximately 7-8 hours drive. Upto the Besishar the road is smooth with black top and from Besishar the road is quiet challenging up to Koto but it is incredibly scenic beauty. It travels along the old Annapurna Circuit trek route with magnificent Georges and waterfalls .Overnight at tea house in Koto .

  • Day 04: Koto- Meta(3560m,7hrs trek)

    Early in the morning we will begins our trek towards Meta . Today we will pass through beautiful forest, river, cave and pilgrims places. Emerging from a narrow canyon, the trail passes under a wide waterfall. The last stretch into Meta involves climbing a steep hill, from which there are amazing views of some of the giant snowy peaks in the area. Overnight at tea house in the Meta .

  • Day 5: Meta-Phu(4080m,7hrs trek )

    After the early breakfast with fresh breath we will trek to Phu .Nar and Phu is famous for unique, colorful Tibetan Buddhist chortens, Nar Phedi monastery and Tashi Lhakhang Gompa. En route we will enjoy with a beautiful views of Nature. Overnight at tea house in Phu.

  • Day 6: Rest day at Phu (4080m,7hrs trek)

    Accalimize is equally important in the high altitude .So, it’s good to spend an acclimatization day in Phu. On the day time you can either explore the tiny Phu or hike up to Himlung Himal base camp(7125m) which takes you through a glacial valley. This peak was opened recently for climbing propose. On the trail you will see herds of blue sheep climbing up the steep cliffs. The return trip takes about four to five hours.Overnight at tea house in Phu .

  • Day 7: Phu- Nar Phedi (3,490m,6hrs trek)

    Today after the morning breakfast we will trek towards Nar Phadi .In the Nar Phadi we will stay at the Monestary. The nuns of the monetary will wel come you. In the monestary we can join in the kitchen and watch them prepare dinner on a modest fireplace. At 5 pm they usually do a puja (blessing), which you are welcome to witness. There is a small donation box in the monastery where you can leave a contribution for the maintenance of this beautiful and friendly place.Overnight at Nar Phedi .

  • Day 8: Nar Phedi – Nar Village(4110m,3hrs trek )

    Today is a very pleasant day. On the way into the ancient village to Nar we will pass a line of beautiful painted, bamboo-topped chortens .Nar is bit more social and lively than Phu, and during the day you may find the village weaving wool fabric for rugs and blankets. With a few new teahouses built on the boundary of Nar, you can stay in a comfortable lodge with an extensive menu.Overnight at Tea house in the Nar Village .

  • Day 9: Nar Village-Ngawal via the Kang La Pass (5,240m)(3650m,8hrs trek)

    Today we have to trek a long distance as compare to previous day .So after the early breakfast we will heads towards Kang La pass, which leads back onto the popular Annapurna Circuit. It is not a difficult pass, but it can be a long day as the effects of altitude will be felt. Once on top of the pass, you can enjoy an amazing view over Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak. The trail down starts off steep.Upon arrival at Ngawal we will check in the Lodge .Overnight at Ngawal.

  • Day 10: Ngawal-Pisang and drive to Besisahar(4hrs trek)

    The weather feel much hot and the scenery start see green as you descend more than 2000m from the pass. The trail is wide and comfortable and passes a beautiful lake just outside Pisang. Stop for a quick snack in the village .Then take a four-wheel drive back to Besisahar. Night halt at Besidhar

  • Day 11: Besidhar- Kathmandu(5-6hrs drive)

    After the early breakfast we will drive back to Kathmandu .It takes around 5-6 hours. Upon arrival at Kathmandu check in the hotel .Take refreshment after long drive. Afternoon you can have a shopping for souvenirs in Thamel, or just relaxing.Evening we will go for the farewell dinner in the live Nepali Culture show. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu .

  • Day 12: Departure

    It ‘s time to say goodbye to Nepal .Enjoy your last moments in Kathmandu with breakfast .After breakfast as per your flight schedule our representative will drop you to the airport before 3 hour of your flight for your onward destination.
