10 Days Kailash Yatra is specially for those devotee 202who wants to begins their Yatra with the Darshan of Pashupatinatha and Jal Narayan Temple (Sleeping Vishnu). The main highlights of this trip is Pashupatinath Temple, Budanilkantha Temple, Rakshesh Tal, Mount Kailash, Lake Mansarovar, and Kora of Mount Kailash. Beside ,that the interesting thing is that your entry and exit point of trip is different. The entry point will be Kathmandu and the Exit point will be Lucknow. So you will never fee bore to travel.
Risk and Liabilities:
We will endeavour to make your journey smooth and pleasant as possible. However the entire program in Tibet is conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of China Tibet Tourism Bureau, Peoples Army and Foreign Affair. related organisations will not be responsible for any changes in the itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as Government restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, and Political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, Delay due to shortage of Land Cruiser Jeep in Tibet, sickness or Accident. Any extra cost that shall be borne by traveler themselves.
Document:
Minimum 6 months valid passport scanned colour passport copy both front and back at the time of booking and two copies of pp size 33x 48mm white back ground, covering both Ears, fresh colour-full photograph & original physical passport must be reached at Delhi office, before 8 days of your departure to Kathmandu . A normal health certificate from your personal doctor to those who are 50 years and above by age.
Fitness:
This is not a trek or expedition but a tour; therefore no specific level of fitness is required. Anybody can join this Yatra if they think themselves fit and have strong willpower. People suffering from cardiac or respiratory problems should consult to their doctor. Morning and evening walks, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise make the journey comfortable for all.
Food
During Yatra we provide fresh cooked pure vegetarian meals cooked by our sherpa staff and cook .Beside that we advice you to bring dry fruits and cookies to have personally .
Temperatures
As the temperature varies greatly between day and night (from max. 20 degrees Celsius to min. -16 degrees Celsius) one should prepare accordingly.
Bring the following items with you:
Woollen gloves, Balaclava, Sun hat, Thermal wear, Water bottle, Woollen socks, Towel, Light Jacket, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Torch with extra batteries/bulbs, Muffler, Mask, Raincoat, Sweater, Shirt/T-shirt & Trekking shoes,Towel ,down jackets .
Insurance:
Full travel insurance coverage for medicine, Helicopter evacuation if in case of emergency, lost of belongs, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended
Trip booking:
Minimum 45 days advance booking is required to arrange visa approval and Travel permit issue. We need 70% Tour payment before 45 days of your departure date and rest you can pay after visa .
Tour Cancellation policy
- All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written.
- Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
- 30 days before trip departure 15% of total trip cost.
- 15 days before trip departure 45 % of total trip cost.
- 7 days before trip departure 70 % of total trip cost.
- 3 days before trip departure 80 % of total trip cost.
- Once client arrive in Kathmandu no refund will be made
- Above rules are applicable as per the rules and regulation of Tibet Autonomous Region Foreign Exchange Center. (FEC )
ALTERNATIVE TRIP
- If someone would like to go to Muktinath then the itinerary will be added as per the route @ INR 35500 / USD 780 (4 Nights / 5 Days)
- Mountain Flight: Morning 6:00 AM in Kathmandu @ INR 8500 / USD 210
NOTE:-
- Passport must be valid for six months from the date of departure. Age Limit for Yatra 10 – 70 Years for Indians (Year of Birth shall be 1950 irrespective of any Month). But, from this as per Chinese government rules, if the 70 & above years old client want to visit Kailash Mansarovar they have to deposit extra USD 1000/- extra as liquidity damage to FEC. If the client return back to their home without having any health problem. FEC will fully refund your deposited money.
- Recommendation for Indians: Please Issue Air Tickets for Kathmandu; as per Name on your Voter ID (You Must Carry ORIGINAL VOTER ID to FLY Kathmandu)
- For Indian Passport Holders – Original Passport required 8 working Days prior to travel date at Delhi office for visa process.
- Foreigners / NRI: Original passport require Min. 3 working days prior to travel date in Kathmandu for Visa purpose

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu (1300M)
On arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport our representative from Miteri Nepal International Trekking Pvt.Ltd will greed you and transfer to the hotel .Evening there will be briefing about the Yatra .Overnight in Hotel at Kathmandu (D)

Day 02: Kathmandu Half day Sightseeing –Nepalgunj(1 hours flight)
Our day begins with the Darshan of Budhanilkantha Temple ( sleeping Vishnu )and Pashupatatinath Temple. After launch you will be transfer to Domestic airport for your flight to Nepalgunj . On arrival at Nepalgunj airport our representative will meet you and transfer you to the Hotel . Overnight in hotel at Nepalgunj. (B/L/D)

Day 03: Nepalgunj –Simikot( 2,910 m/ 9545 fts )(1 hours flight) Hilsa -Taklakot (Pulan)( 4,025m / 13,202fts.)
Today early in the morning you have to fly to Simikot (1 hours) on arrival Simikot immediately you will fly to Hilsa by helicopter which takes approximately 25 minutes on flight to reach Hilsa .The helicopter can carry 5 Pax at a time with their 10 kg luggage each time. Once all the group members arrive at Hilsa we will walk towards Sher (immigration department of China) which takes approximately 10 min walk. According to the rules of Chinese Government all the group members should enter and exit together. After completion of immigration formalities we will drive to Taklakot which is 27 km in distance and takes 45 minutes’ drive. Overnight in Himalaya Hotel Taklakot(Pulan). (B/L/D)

Day 04: Free day for Acclimatisation
Today is the free day for acclamation so you can stroll around or take rest. Acclimatisation is very important to fit the body with temperature .Overnight Himalaya Hotel similar at Taklakot. (B/L/D)

Day 05: Taklakot (Purang)-Mansarovar (4,550m)(88kms/2hours)
This day is the very important day of your Yatra .So with lots of excitement we will drive towards Mansarovar. On the way we will stop for 10 minutes to take the first glimpse of Mt. Kailash from Rawan tal (Raksas Tal ). Again drive towards Mansarovar .Upon arrival at Mansarovar you will be free for Puja and holy dip. Overnight in Guest house at Chui Gumpa.(B/L/D)

Day 06: Mansarovar- Darchen (4575m)
Today after your breakfast you should go for Mansarovar Lake Parikrama by environmental Bus. It’s about 3- 4 hour driving. Once you complete circumstances program of holy lake then further drive about 1 hours towards Darchen. Overnight at Himalaya Hotel or similar Overnight at Himalaya Hotel (B/L/D)

Day 07: Darchen -Yama Dwar- Dirapuk
Drive upto Yama Dwara (45 km / 1 hours) then start trek to Dirapuk (4,950 m) 12km/6 hours .Overnight in Guest house .(From this point ,you can explore the North Face of Mount Kailash.)
If you do not to go for Parikrama then you should return back to Darchen to wait your friends who have been Parikrama. Overnight at Guest House. (B/L/D)

Day 08: Diraphuk – Zutulpuk (22 km/8-9 hrs)
This day is very sensitive because you will ascend trek to Dolma La Pass (5,670m) and afternoon descend down to the Gaurikunda. And the weather in the Dolma La Pass is unpredictable it might be changed any time and start to snow storms. So be very careful. Our last journey of trek will be Zutulpuk along the river bank. (22km)(9hours). Overnight stay in Guest house at Zutulpuk (B/L/D)

Day 09: Zutulpuk- Darchen (11 km/2 hrs) via Pulan( Taklakot )- Hilsa/Simikot
After the early breakfast we will trek to Tarchen (8km/2 hrs) .There we will get waiting our vehicles and our friends those who were not been in Parikram. Then drive back to Sher (170 km/4 hrs) along with Parikrama of mount Kailash ,and continue to exit Hilsa (10 min walk )
As soon as you arrive Hilsa Helipad you have to fly Simikot ,along with all rest members. Overnight at Guesthouse in Simikot. (B/L/D)

Day 10: Simikot via Nepalgunj-Lucknow
With lots of memories of Yatra its time to say good bye to your friend that you met in your Yatra. after the breakfast you will fly to Nepalgunj. On arrival Nepalgunj Airport you will receive by our representative and departure towards Lucknow. (B)
