8 Days, Drive in fly out Central Tibet is sketch to let you enjoy the Adventurous exploration of overland route (Kerung) .This drive in trip, makes your journey more enjoyable. And during return the interesting Himalayan views along with Mt. Everest (8,848m) the top of the world is the crucial climax of this tour. This trip take you to explore the fantastic Himalayan views, Tibetan Social & cultural and historic cities of Tibet. The capital city of Tibet Lhasa is situated in the height of (3,650m) from the sea level. It is the kingdom situated into the Himalaya surrounded with desert landscape and thunderous Himalayas. The prime highlights of trip are Yamdrok-Tso Lake, Lhasa city, Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor Bazaar, Potala Palace, Drepung & Sera Monasteries.

 

Risk and Liabilities:
We will endeavour to make your journey smooth and pleasant as possible. However the entire program in Tibet is conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of China Tibet Tourism Bureau, Peoples Army and Foreign Affair. related organisation will not be responsible for any changes in the itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as Government restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, and Political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, Delay due to shortage of Land Cruiser Jeep in Tibet, sickness or Accident. Any extra cost that shall be borne by traveler themselves.

Document:
Minimum 6 months valid passport scanned colour passport copy both front and back at the time of booking and two copies of pp size 33x 48mm white back ground, covering both Ears, fresh colour-full photograph  & original physical passport must be reached at Delhi office, before 10 days of your departure to Kathmandu Where are forigner passport holder should deposite this original physical passport to the chinese embassy 3 working days. Note Saturday, Sunday and during their holidays does not count. A normal health certificate from your personal doctor to those who are 50 years and above by age.

Fitness:
This is not a trek or expedition but a tour; therefore no specific level of fitness is required. Anybody can join this tour if they think themselves fit and have strong willpower. People suffering from cardiac or respiratory problems should consult to their doctor. Morning and evening walks, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise make the journey comfortable for all.

Food

Daily breakfast will be served by our company where as lunch and dinner you can have it either same Hotel in best available local restaurant, Beside that we advice you to bring dry fruits and cookies to have personally.

Temperatures
As the temperature varies greatly between day and night (from max. 20 degrees Celsius to min. -16 degrees Celsius) one should prepare accordingly.

Bring the following items with you:
Woollen gloves, Balaclava, Sun hat, Thermal wear, Water bottle, Woollen socks, Towel, Light Jacket, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Torch with extra batteries/bulbs, Muffler, Mask, Raincoat, Sweater, Shirt/T-shirt & normal sport shoes,Towel, down jackets .

 

Insurance:
Full travel insurance coverage for medicine, Helicopter evacuation if in case of emergency, lost of belongs, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended.

 

Trip booking:
Minimum 45 days advance booking is required to arrange visa approval and Travel permit issue. We need 70% Tour payment before 45 days of your departure date and rest you can pay after visa here in Kathmandu.

Tour Cancellation policy

  • All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written.
  • Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
  • 30 days before trip departure 15% of total trip cost.
  • 15 days before trip departure 45 % of total trip cost.
  • 7 days before trip departure 70 % of total trip cost.
  • 3 days before trip departure 80 % of total trip cost.
  • Once client arrive in Kathmandu no refund will be made
  • Above rules are applicable as per the rules and regulation of Tibet Autonomous Region Foreign Exchange Center. (FEC ) & (TTB)
