This route is the oldest and classical route for the overland traveller to Travel Tibet and Mount Kailash. Among the border connected with China by Nepal. It is the easy ,short ,less expensive ,and comfortable too. After the massive earthquake the hotels are little rare that’s why we directly take you to the Nyalam for the night stay. But, giving concern on your health we will keep you 1 whole day in the Nyalam for acclimatisation. And the hot vegetarian food will serve by our kitchen staff which is prepare by themselves hygienically during you whole Tour in Tibet side.

Risk and Liabilities:
We will endeavour to make your journey smooth and pleasant as possible. However the entire program in Tibet is conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of China Tibet Tourism Bureau, Peoples Army and Foreign Affair. related organisations will not be responsible for any changes in the itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as Government restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, and Political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, Delay due to shortage of Land Cruiser Jeep in Tibet, sickness or Accident. Any extra cost that shall be borne by traveler themselves.
Document:
Minimum 6 months valid passport scanned colour passport copy both front and back at the time of booking and two copies of pp size photograph and passport before 10 days of your departure to Kathmandu . A normal health certificate from your personal doctor to those who are 50 years and above by age.
Fitness:
This is not a trek or expedition but a tour; therefore no specific level of fitness is required. Anybody can join this Yatra if they think themselves fit and have strong willpower. People suffering from cardiac or respiratory problems should consult to their doctor. Morning and evening walks, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise make the journey comfortable for all.
Food
During Yatra we provide fresh cooked pure vegetarian meals cooked by our sherpa staff and cook .Beside that we advice you to bring dry fruits and cookies to have personally.
Temperatures
As the temperature varies greatly between day and night (from max. 20 degrees Celsius to min. -16 degrees Celsius) one should prepare accordingly.
Bring the following items with you:
Woollen gloves, Balaclava, Sun hat, Thermal wear, Water bottle, Woollen socks, Towel, Light Jacket, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Torch with extra batteries/bulbs, Muffler, Mask, Raincoat, Sweater, Shirt/T-shirt & Trekking shoes,Towel ,down jackets .
Insurance:
Full travel insurance coverage for medicine, Helicopter evacuation if in case of emergency, lost of belongs, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended
Trip booking:
Minimum 45 days advance booking is required to arrange visa approval and Travel permit issue. We need 70% Tour payment before 45 days of your departure date and rest you can pay after visa .
Tour Cancellation policy
- All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written.
- Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
- 30 days before trip departure 15% of total trip cost.
- 15 days before trip departure 45 % of total trip cost.
- 7 days before trip departure 70 % of total trip cost.
- 3 days before trip departure 80 % of total trip cost.
- Once client arrive in Kathmandu no refund will be made
- Above rules are applicable as per the rules and regulation of Tibet Autonomous Region Foreign Exchange Center. (FEC )

If someone would like to go to Muktinath then the itinerary will be added as per the route @ INR 35500 / USD 780 (4 Nights / 5 Days)

NOTE:
- Passport must be valid for six months from the date of departure. Age Limit for Yatra 10 – 70 Years for Indians (Year of Birth shall be 1950 irrespective of any Month). But, from this as per Chinese government rules, if the 70 & above years old client want to visit Kailash Mansarovar they have to deposit extra USD 1000/- extra as liquidity damage to FEC. If the client return back to their home without having any health problem. FEC will fully refund your deposited money
- Recommendation for Indians: Please Issue Air Tickets for Kathmandu; as per Name on your Voter ID (You Must Carry ORIGINAL VOTER ID to FLY Kathmandu)
- For Indian Passport Holders – Original Passport required 8 working Days prior to travel date at Delhi office for Visa Process

Day 01: Kathmandu Arrival
On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport .Our representative will greed & welcome you .Then transfer you to the Hotel . Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu .(D)

Day 02: Kathmandu Sight Seeing
Today after the breakfast we will go to have a Darshan and Puja in Pashupatinath Temple .After finishing Puja and all we will return back to hotel to have a Lunch and again go to have a Darshan of Sleeping Vishnu (Budanilkantha )and then to Shyambhunath (The monkey temple )From the top of Monkey Temple you can see the clear views of Kathmandu Valley .Evening we will have a briefing about our Yatra .Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu(B/L/D)

Day 03: Kathmandu -Nyalam
Early in the morning at around 6 am we will drive to Kodari border .It takes approximately 5 hours .Upon arrival at Kodari we will have a lunch and then process for the immigration formality . After finishing immigration formality in Nepal & Tibet side, you will drive to Nyalam (3750m).Its is 32 km from Zhangmu border and takes about 45 min drive . Day 04: Rest day in Nyalam for acclimatization purpose.
Today is free for your accalimization .In the day time you can stroll around so that your body will adapt the environment .Overnight in Hotel at Nyalam .(B/L/D)

Day 05: Nyalam -Saga /Dongba (4500m) – 7 hrs / 395 km.)
After the delicious breakfast we will drive towards Saga /Dongba . The driving distance will be quiet long today .Overnight at Guest house in Saga/Dongba .(B/L/D)

Day 06: Saga/Dongba- Mansarovar(Chu Gumpa )(4600m) – 6 hrs / 360 km)
Today is the most important day of our journey because we will be reaching our dream place Lake Mansarovr .Overnight at Guest house in Lake Manasarovar.(B/L/D)

Day 07: Mansarovar-Darchen
Today we will have a puja /Hawan/ holy dip(holy dip is restricted from last year) in Lake Manasarovar & drive to Darchen (4,700m) by afternoon after lunch – 1 hr / 40 km. Overnight at guest house in Darchen.(B/L/D)

Day 08: Darchen – Yama Dwar-Diraphuk (4950m)
Early in the morning after the breakfast we will drive towards Yama Dwar. Its just 8km from Darchen and it takes approximately 30 minutes drive .Upon arrival we will be ready for our trek to Diraphuk .Diraphuk is 18km from Darchen and it takes about 5hrs trek .Overnight at Guest house in Diraphuk .(B/L/D)

Day 09: Diraphuk -Zutulphuk
Today is the challenging day of our journey .So, we will continue our trekking from Diraphuk to Zuthulphuk (4850m) crossing Dolma La Pass (5600m) enroute. It takes us 9 hours to reach our destination which is 22km . Todays trekking trial is quiet difficult so we suggest to walk very carefully .Overnight at Guest House .(B/L/D)

Day 10: Zutulphuk -Darchen-Saga
Today is the last day of our trek upto near Tarchen (2 11hrs / 8 km) and then drive to Darchen for lunch and meet all group members then continue drive to Saga– 6 hrs / 350 km. Overnight at Guest house .(B/L/D)

Day 11: Saga – Nyalam (395 km / 7 hrs. )
As like previous day we will have a breakfast and dive towards Nyalam . Lunch we will have on the way back to Nyalam .Overnight at Guest house in Nyalam .(B/L/D)

Day 12: Nylam-Kthmandu(152km,6hrs)
After morning breakfast we will drive back to Zhangmu border . Upon arrival at Zhangmu complete our immigration formalities in both China and Nepal .Then continue our drive back to Kathmandu .Lunch will be provided on the way.Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu . (B/L/D)

After breakfast, as per your flight schadule our representative will departure you to the airport for your onward destination .
