Day 01

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, our representative will warmly welcome and assist you. Depending on the group size, you will be transferred to your hotel via a private vehicle (Bus/Van/Car). After check-in, there will be a group briefing and orientation session regarding the upcoming Yatra.

Day 02

After breakfast, begin your spiritual exploration with visits to sacred sites including Pashupatinath Temple, Guhyeshwari Temple, and the Boudhanath Stupa, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After completing the sightseeing, return to the hotel for lunch. The afternoon is free for shopping and currency exchange.

Day 03

Following breakfast, depart the hotel three hours prior to your scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Gonggar Airport in Tibet, our local Tibetan guide will assist with immigration formalities. From there, enjoy a scenic 62 km drive to Lhasa, the spiritual heart of Tibet.

Day 04

Today’s sightseeing begins with a visit to the Potala Palace, the historical winter residence of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Continue to the sacred Jokhang Temple, a revered pilgrimage site for Tibetan Buddhists.

Day 05

After breakfast, depart for Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet. En route, enjoy picturesque views of the Tibetan plateau. Upon arrival, visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery, the traditional seat of the Panchen Lama.

Day 08

Begin the day with a holy bath and spiritual offerings on the banks of Lake Mansarovar, followed by breakfast. Proceed on a 3.5-hour clockwise Parikrama of Lake Mansarovar by vehicle. In the evening, drive to Darchen, the base for Mount Kailash Kora. Enjoy views of Mount Kailash and prepare for the pilgrimage ahead.

Day 09

After breakfast, drive 8 km to Yam Dwar, the gateway to Kailash Parikrama. Begin the 13 km trek to Dirapuk (approx. 6 hrs). This section offers striking views of Mount Kailash’s south face. The spiritually significant Yam Dwar (Tarboche) is adorned with colourful prayer flags. Those unable to trek will stay in Darchen.

Day 10

Commence early with a 6 km uphill trek to Dolma La Pass (5,630 m), the highest point of the Yatra. Enjoy the sunrise over the northwest face of Mount Kailash, and descend to the sacred Gauri Kund. Continue along a 13 km trail through glacier-carved valleys to Zuthulphuk Monastery, with serene landscapes and occasional wildlife sightings.

Day 11

Day 12

Today, drive toward Shigatse via Lhatse City. En route, if weather permits, enjoy distant views of the Himalayan giants: Mount Cho Oyu, Shishapangma, and Mount Everest (8,848 m). Upon arrival, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery again if time allows. Overnight stay at Hotel in Shigatse – (Meals: B/L/D)

Day 13

After breakfast, continue your return journey to Lhasa, driving along the scenic Brahmaputra River. Upon arrival, enjoy a relaxing walk along Potala Street, where the Potala Palace stands illuminated in the evening glow.
