Risk and Liabilities:
We will endeavour to make your journey smooth and pleasant as possible. However the entire program in Tibet is conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of China Tibet Tourism Bureau, Peoples Army and Foreign Affair. related organisations will not be responsible for any changes in the itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as Government restriction, land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, and Political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay, Delay due to shortage of Land Cruiser Jeep in Tibet, sickness or Accident. Any extra cost that shall be borne by traveler themselves.
Document:
Minimum 6 months valid passport scanned colour passport copy both front and back at the time of booking and two copies of pp size 33x 48mm white back ground, covering both Ears, fresh colour-full photograph & original physical passport must be reached at Delhi office, before 8 days of your departure to Kathmandu . A normal health certificate from your personal doctor to those who are 50 years and above by age.
Fitness:
This is not a trek or expedition but a tour; therefore no specific level of fitness is required. Anybody can join this Yatra if they think themselves fit and have strong willpower. People suffering from cardiac or respiratory problems should consult to their doctor. Morning and evening walks, jogging, stretching, meditation and regular exercise make the journey comfortable for all.
Food
During Yatra we provide fresh cooked pure vegeterian meals cooked by our sherpa staff and cook .Beside that we advice you to bring dry fruits and cookies to have personally .
Temperatures
As the temperature varies greatly between day and night (from max. 20 degrees Celsius to min. -16 degrees Celsius) one should prepare accordingly.
Bring the following items with you:
Woollen gloves, Balaclava, Sun hat, Thermal wear, Water bottle, Woollen socks, Towel, Light Jacket, Sunglasses, Sun cream, Torch with extra batteries/bulbs, Muffler, Mask, Raincoat, Sweater, Shirt/T-shirt & Trekking shoes,Towel ,down jackets .
Insurance:
Full travel insurance coverage for medicine, Helicopter evacuation if in case of emergency, lost of belongs, and trip cancellation is strongly recommended
Trip booking:
Minimum 45 days advance booking is required to arrange visa approval and Travel permit issue. We need 70% Tour payment before 45 days of your departure date and rest you can pay after visa .
Tour Cancellation policy
- All notice of cancellation must be sent to our office in written.
- Verbal cancellations will not be entertained.
- 30 days before trip departure 15% of total trip cost.
- 15 days before trip departure 45 % of total trip cost.
- 7 days before trip departure 70 % of total trip cost.
- 3 days before trip departure 80 % of total trip cost.
- Once client arrive in Kathmandu no refund will be made
- Above rules are applicable as per the rules and regulation of Tibet Autonomous Region Foreign Exchange Center. (FEC )
ALTERNATIVE TRIP
- If someone would like to go to Muktinath then the itinerary will be added as per the route @ INR 35500 / USD 780 (4 Nights / 5 Days)
- Mountain Flight: Morning 6:00 AM in Kathmandu @ INR 8500 / USD 210
NOTE:
- Passport must be valid for six months from the date of departure. Age Limit for Yatra 10 – 70 Years for Indians (Year of Birth shall be 1950 irrespective of any Month). But, from this as per Chinese government rules, if the 70 & above years old client want to visit Kailash Mansarovar they have to deposit extra USD 1000/- extra as liquidity damage to FEC. If the client return back to their home without having any health problem. FEC will fully refund your deposited money
- Recommendation for Indians: Please Issue Air Tickets for Kathmandu; as per Name on your Voter ID (You Must Carry ORIGINAL VOTER ID to FLY Kathmandu.
- For Indian Passport Holders – Original Passport required 8 working Days prior to travel date at Delhi office.
- Foreigners / NRI: Original passport require Min. 3 working days prior to travel date in Kathmandu for Visa purpose.

Day 01:Kathmandu Arrival
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport our representative from Miteri Nepal International Trekking Pvt.Ltd will greed you and transfer you to Hotel. Evening we will give a short briefing about Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. Overnight at Hotel in 5 star .(Dinner)

Day 02 Kathmandu Sightseeing
Today you have a sightseeing of Kathmandu .So we begins our day with sightseeing of Pashupatinath temple Darshan ,Rudrabishek ,and Gujeshowari Darshan .Later you will visit Boudhanath Stupa which is one of the largest Buddhist Stupa .Also one of the world heritage listed in UNISCO. In the afternoon free for packing and preparation for the trip. Overnight at Hotel in 5 star .(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 03:Kathmandu- Lhasa Flight
After the breakfast as per your flight schedule our representative will drop you to Airport for Lhasa flight. Upon arrival at Lhasa at Gongger airport our Tibet representative will greed you and transfer you to hotel. Overnight at Hotel in Lhasa at 4/5 star Hotel . (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 04: Lhasa Sightseeing
Lhasa is one of the famous city situated in the height of 3800m . So today you will visit Potala Palce,Jokhang temple ,and Barkhor Market .Overnight at Hotel in Lhasa at 4/5 star Hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 05:Lhasa- Ali Flight
Today as per the flight schedule you will be transfer to Airport to fly out to Ali Airport (4,500 m) Upon arrival at Ali you will be transfer to Hotel .Overnight at Hotel in Ali 4/5 star Hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 06: Ali- Mansarovar -Darchen (4,620 m)
Today we have a drive of 330 km from (Ali) to Mansarovar lake to Darchen. So ,crossing beautiful places stay at the shore of Mansarovar Lake. This lake is the most naturally beautiful with pure water. Free for pooja and Hawan, drive to Darchen (35 km) to overnight at 4 star Hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 07: Darchen -Dirapuk Trek
After short drive,you will reach at Tarboche and visit Yamdwar. This is a starting point of Kora. The total trekking distance will be 52km to complete a round of the Mt.Kailash. Yatris who do not want to trek around Kailash can go back to Darchen. Upon arrival at Tarboche we will trek to Dirapuk (4,860 m) which is 12 kms trek and takes 5-6 hours to reach . Overnight at Lodge in Diraphuk . (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day08: Diraphuk-Zutulpuk
Today is the toughest day of our trek because the trekking routes are up and down beside that the trekking distance will also be more .so it the most difficult journey throughout the yatra since you have to trek up to the 18,600 ft. From descend to Gauri kund and further trek along with the river to Zuthulpuk. Overnight stay at guest house. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 09: Zutulphuk – Darchen
After breakfast in the morning ,we will star our Parikrama of third day. Todays trial is easy and flat. It takes 2-3 hours to cross the 8 km distance to reach ending point of trek .Then drive to Ali via Darchen and overnight stay at 4 star Hotel. (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 10: Ali-Lhasa
As per the flight schedule you will drive to Ali airport to fly for to Lhasa.Upon arrival at Lhasa transfer hotel. Overnight stay at 4/5 star Hotel in Lhasa . (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 11:Lhasa-Kathmandu
After morning breakfast you will be transfer to airport to fly back to Kathmandu. On arrival at Trivhuvan International Airport you will be transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at 5 star Hotel in Kathmandu . (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Day 12: Fly back Home
You will be free till your flight time. We will drop you at Airport 3 hour before your flight time which takes just (30 mins drive) to reach airport .
